The Tilted Kilt - San Diego, CA

Went down to San Diego for a meeting today. My office mate had a desire to eat lunch at "The Tilted Kilt"; but I ponder if he really desired fine food or eye candy. I had no idea that the gals at "The Tilted Kilt" wear less than your typical Hooters girl. If they wore anything less, it would be a Topless Bar. The food was OK, but not great. Naturally, the food was a bit high priced.
